California dreaming

The hills are looking more like California at the moment: everything is parched and dry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hats are useful. This one came from Zambia in the early ‘90s when we went to find my husband’s father’s grave. (We didn’t: missed by 10 miles. One day we’ll try again.)
